Aluminum Die Casting

Brock Metals aluminum die casting alliance has four Reed Prentice 150 ton die casting machines, two B&T 400 ton die casting machines, three B&T 500 ton casting machines, 200 Cast Master Center Shot 500 ton die casting machines. One B&T 250 ton casting machine. One B&T 800 ton die casting machine, and a Harvel Center Shot 1,000 ton die casting machine.

We have 14 holding furnaces, seven 20-ton Kard Trim Presses, two 30-ton Kard Trim Presses and all related equipment. Secondary equipment includes five trap units, four tumbling machines, 11 Bur_King Sanding Machines and heavy duty drilling and tapping machines with two 20" Zagar Open Side tapping machines and one 18" Zagfar Open Side Tapping Machine.

Tooling consists of seven Bridgeport Milling Machines (2 are CNC), two Reiden Engine Lathes 48", three cut off saws and various grinders, milling machines, lathes, and drilling equipment.

The Quality Control Department is equipped with all internal and external measuring and gauging equipment necessary to provide you with a "perfect part". Brock Metals is currently involved in, but not limited to, the medical industry. This field is especially critical on quality and we surpass all the quality requirements demanded of us.
