Brock Metals - Machining

Brock Metals machining alliance machines all advanced materials and offers a modern approach utilizing computer assisted programming for five CNC lathes and mills. High quality is assured by an inspection team satisfying MIL-I-54208 A.

The facilities consists of the following:

Two Monarch VMC-75 vertical machining centers (CNC Mills) with a 40 Station took charger and A rugged bed-type 27" X 54" table with a 20" X 40" X 32" travel, as well as a full 3 axis contouring.
Four Bridgeport BR2J-12 Mills. A power feed machine with a vare-speed head with a 12" X 48" table.
Two Nichols Horizontal Mills. Both have full 7" X 24" tables, which are air fed.These machines also have Cyclic Heads.
One Mycenter 2X Kitamura Vertical Machines center (CNC Mill). This machine has a full 16" X 28" X 20" capability, It also has a boost of a 8,000 RPM capability.

We also do secondary operation on forging, extrusions and have the capabilities of ultrahigh speed milling.
